Hi! i'm Oliver chipkin owner & executive chef of U.C.C.. Uptown Culinary Creations has been a passion project of mine since 2019. Beginning as a  catering company our business has grown through the years to include a line of gourmet jams and individualized cooking classes. Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a chef and sharing my love of food with the world.  I've been doing so since graduating from the Culinary institute of America in 2018.
