Hi! i'm Oliver. Uptown Culinary Creations has been a passion project of mine since 2019. Beginning as a catering company our business has grown through the years to include a line of gourmet jams and individualized cooking classes. Growing up, I always dreamed of becoming a chef and sharing my love of food with the world. I've been doing so since graduating from the Culinary institute of Americas in 2018. Join me on my jam journey as we explore unique flavor combinations and create beautiful dishes.
